About
Tiffany Construction Company (TCC) was organized in 1925 near San Jose, California by H.C. Tiffany Sr. and his brother A.E. Tiffany. Operations moved to Phoenix, Arizona in 1934 and the partnership was incorporated in Arizona under the name Tiffany Construction Company, Inc. Today, Tiffany Construction Company is licensed in Arizona and California with offices in Phoenix and Sedona.
Early work in paving and grading expanded and diversified over the years to include a wide variety of heavy engineering construction. Today, projects include original construction and improvements of drainage channels, removal and replacement of existing culverts, excavation and installation of new culverts, catch basins, headwalls, street reconstruction, asphalt concrete pavement patching, utility relocations, underground utilities, substations, water and sewer facilities, transmission lines, bridges and drainage structures, water retention basins, grading for subdivisions and golf courses, lakes, lake lining and water features. Our specialized rock equipment allows us to provide “drill and shoot” services, rock trenching, on-site rock crushing and recycling of rock material.
Tiffany Construction Company has an excellent reputation in the industry with customers, engineers and suppliers. For this reason, much of our work is negotiated and we specialize in CMAR (Construction Manager at Risk) Projects and Design/Build Work. We currently have JOC contracts with Coconino County, the City of Cottonwood, and Kachina Village Improvement District to perform their ongoing service contracts and emergency repairs. We are included on many exclusive bidding lists for utilities and private businesses such as APS, Palo Verde Nuclear Plant, ADOT, Arizona Water Company, Bechtel, Cachet Homes, Pulte Homes, Arizona State University, Northern Arizona University, City of Sedona, City of Cottonwood, Town of Clarkdale, and other City Municipalities.
